You try to read the clock, but it has no arms. It seems in the daze of trivia, you've been lost somewhere in time and space, even more proved by the strange happenings of your last waking(?) 20 minutes. Desperate for answers, you (link-reveal:"reach for the clock.")[ (set:$battery=true)Taking down the clock, you find two batteries in the back. Could be useful for something. (link-reveal:"2 batteries added to inventory.")[ Looking again at the face of the clock, you now notice that all the numbers have been replaced with 10. An electric fireplace heats the room you've been sleeping in, explaing the sweatiness of your back to some capacity. The heat is almost unbearable. you go to (link-reveal:"turn it down.")[ You go to turn the heater down, but the dial does nothing. Looking closer, you notice every number on the dial is 10. You reach out and grab the armadillo's tiny paw. It's strangely warm. Maybe clammy? Or-- No, that's just you. You go to open the door, but notice that there isn't a handle. In fact, there isn't even a door. Now that you look even closer, you realize that you've been pawing aimlessly at the glass window of your bedroom. Hm. Something's afoot. Are you... You go to open the window, and your hand makes contact with a... Wait, what are you even holding? What were you grabbing for? The blank wall looks at you with as much bewilderment as you look at it with. Confused, you turn around, and hear a familiar [[Noise->NOISE.]].
